W.D.I.R.'s are performed by a Licensed Pest Control Operator.  These professionals inspect all accessible areas of your home including interior, garage, storage rooms, attic, crawl space and any other buildings attached to the main structure.  We check thoroughly for evidence of termites, powder post beetles, old house borers, carpenter ants, carpenter bees and any other, wood destroying insect common to your area.  In addition we check for conditions that might be conducive to termites or other wood destroying insects, such as excessive moisture, wood debris in the crawl space, wood stored under the structure or deck, poor foundation ventilation and any earth-wood contact between the structure and the ground.
